Stewart: funny so far, his typical schtick. The opening bit with the former hosts was well-crafted.

This is my first time watching the show in HD. It looks like that set was designed for the format.

Nicole Kidman… WOWZA!!!

George Clooney… I already judge this to be the speech of the night. Hmm… music all the  way through? Is that so the cutoff music sounds less abrupt?
