is an interesting catalogue of plagiarism suits involving music, complete with audio clips so you can compare and decide. I was aware of some of these cases. But of particular note to me was the suit involving “Day by Day” from Godspell and the 1970’s “Today Show” theme (which would explain why that theme disappeared, never to be resurrected.)
