Absolutely, I’d love living in one of these houses, part of a 1960’s Motorola ad campaign.  So what kept this reality from coming alive? Was it cost? (Likely.) Was it people’s resistance to change? (Maybe.) Was it people’s attachment to privacy? (Could be.) Anyway, add some sort of magic drapes to all those windows, and I’m there.
