I can’t stand it
I will promptly be demanding a correction from the Detroit Free Press. They’ll know better next time than to try to fool the master. At no point in “A Charlie Brown Christmas” is a teacher heard doing the “wa WA wa WAA wa waaa” thing.

Boing Boing reports a lost episode of Fawlty Towers!!! Let’s see… they’ve made what I’m sure is a tidy sum syndicating the 12 episode run of the series for lo these many years. If there was another, surely it would have been thrown in at some point.

I’m in the money
Hasbro now has a page that lets you print your own Monopoly money. Boing Boing suggests the modding possibilities for this, which sounds more useful than just using it as an alternative to buying the stuff in the store. Because given the cost of inkjet cartridges, it doesn’t seem worth it.
In other Rankin-Bass news…
This sounds unlikely, but Cartoon Brew reports the original Rudolph and Santa puppets have been found. Previously, it was claimed they had all pretty much disintegrated, thanks to a lacquer that was sprayed on them to reduce glare.
Oh, and hey, it’s all the songs from “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas”!!!
